Ngong Ping 360 - Cable Car

     For the second "Gala" with my mom. We went to the Big Buddha situated at Po Lin Monastery in Lantau, Hongkong.  To get there from Discovery Bay we took a bus going to Tung Chung, where the Ngong Ping 360 Cable car is located. We bought a ticket which includes a bus ticket going to "Tai O", also known as Tanka Village, a fishing town where we can watch dolphins on a boat.

You'll surely enjoy this wonderful scenery inside the Cable car when you visit the Big Buddha on summer because if it's winter or rainy season you won't be able to witness this due to the fogs. If it's not foggy you'll see the Big Buddha as you approach the Po Lin Monastery.
