Hiking at Discovery Bay Lookout Loop

If you're in Hong Kong and you love trekking, or hiking, or just walking, I would recommend you to visit Discovery Bay and climbed up to the look out point which is 700 meters high. Aside from burning fats, you would see the breath taking beauty of the entire island from there.

My cousins have some free time and we decide to exercise by climbing up to Discovery Bay's lookout loop. The trail start in front of Discovery Bay International School (DBIS).

Though it's only 700m high, I suggest that you stretch first before getting started because the trail is a bit steep and it will help a lot if you are in a good condition when climbing.

Playing while resting
We haven't reached the look out point yet, but the view's already fascinating.

great view right?

I was like, "C'mon couz! It's still a long way to go!"

This is a good place to play, relax and have some quality time with your family and friends after a hectic week.

At last, we've reached our destination! You'll find a nice resting place there where you can rest. If you are not fond of climbing, you walk or ride a golf cart going there via the Discover Bay Tunnel.
